Delivery: Delivery times vary from the next day to usually within 10 days, dependant upon the product ordered. However on some special products the deliveries maybe in excess of this time scale. In such cases we will notify you of the delivery date. Orders are normally despatched and delivered during any day from Monday to Friday. We recommend that you do not arrange a date with your installer until you are in full receipt of all the goods you have ordered and have inspected the goods and accepted delivery. We do our utmost to deliver on time; however we can not be held liable for any costs you may incur with your installer. We endeavour to deliver to all UK destinations. However we are guided by our delivery agent as to the costs of delivery to the extremes of the UK.
Shipping and Handling: The price quoted is the price you pay for the product there will be an additional delivery charge to a UK address. In the event you require the goods to be delivered outside the UK we will contact you to advise on any additional costs and will not process your order until we have your permission.
Inspection of Goods: You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good usable condition. Never sign for goods as ‘not checked’. If goods are damaged on delivery you should not accept them and inform the courier to return them to the sender. You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery. In the unlikely event of the goods being delivered faulty or damaged we undertake to deliver replacement goods free of charge.
Returns Policy: Please make every effort to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. Orders cancelled after the 7 day cooling off period may be subject to a retocking and administration charge. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods which have been signed for at the delivery without inspection. We will only accept goods for return where the customer has undertaken a duty of care whilst the goods have been in their possession. Should the goods be returned we would advise the customer to use the original packaging to insure the product is not damaged in transit on the return journey. Any 'special' orders will not be accepted for return. This will be agreed witrh the customer at order stage and confirmed by both parties.
